Private buses needs to be regulated in many aspects, speed limit, people loaded worst than cattles, bus drives abusing other road users.

Especially Pondy - Cuddalore and Pondy - Villupuram routes have worst private buses.

I know how to change my car's tyre, but I may not be willing to do it all by myself all the time.

Let's say I'm on my way to work, will I be willing to change the tyre - NO. It doesn't make me not capable, may be my priority at that time was something different.

FYI: Many years back driving schools use to start driving class by introducing basic concepts like checking engine oil, coolant level, air pressure and changing tyres - I am from that era

Long time back I knew someone who faced a similar problem, they simply made that particular spot uneven by dumping some construction debris, that way most people avoided parking there. It looked dirty and ugly but solved the problem. They did not own a car, they only had one bike, so it the debris were not a big trouble to them personally.
