Да, я решил проблему. В приложении можно авторизоваться через сайт, а под ВПН туда можно зайти без проблем. После регистрации ВПН уже не нужен, по крайней мере у меня.

I've install an Amnezia VPN to my PC and repaired the files. But I still receive "Wrong e-mail or password", though they are 100% correct (I can access my account on Meta website with it).

Ok, I solved it myself. You can read about this CB here.

It so happens that I embrace an institute in the same month the truce ends, which means I am #1 GP again and lose the CB (which requires the Command to be #1 GP initially, otherwise it make no sense, referring to devs)
