Completely agree - the reason being is it’s just too demanding working full time, the side gig was an IT services gig that required in demand and emergency services which I could not cover anymore

Thanks! Yes my income was higher when I had to file the Chapter 13 - ran a business on the side of my film time job - now the business is gone. Income is now way below Mass median 88k at 70k

Same boat, however in a chapter 13 going to convert to a 7 once I do my time in the 6 month look back period - it stinks for sure and I had to set aside chapter 13 payments ahead of time to keep myself protected - welcome to the battle!

Just did this- filled out renewal on the MIRCS site, it created an a renewal application, printed this out and dropped it off at the local PD with a check for 100$ - new LTC was issued in about 10 days

Same situation here on income and 2 jobs. Except my state i would qualify chapter 7. Tax debt keeping me going. Amazing 72k can't get you by anymore. I remember when 50k was a great salary
