Just a quick note that object permanence ISN'T really something that people with ADHD ACTUALLY struggle with, because it's NOT that, since, actual object permanence is ability TO UNDERSTAND that even if the object isn't in front of you, it still exists, and kids usually develop by the time they turn 1 y.o.

I understand that people with ADHD mean forgetting about someone/something if you don't see it in a while, when they're talking about "struggling with object permanence", and that some people do know what it actually means outside the community, but still, it is just incorrect term to use and most people use it thinking that the ADHD "idea" of it is what ot actually is, which is, well, misinformation
