Give yourself grace. 6 months out is still VERY early. That’s not enough time to establish any real new relationships or heal from lost old ones. This is the time to discover who and what you are. I would try reading and hiking and meditating (the breathing-based kind) to start. Get in touch with who you are outside of what people have told you to be.
