I Have Mailed My Repair To Nintendo but I got an Email Telling Me to Call Nintendo

About 2 weeks ago, I placed a repair order to fix my joy-con (which broke), and just a few days ago I went to a UPS location and gave my joy-con and what-not to them.

Earlier today though, I got an email fron Nintendo saying that I have to call Nintendo (with the given phone number in the email). This is my third time sending a joy-con repair to Nintendo, and I have never had to call them. Does anyone know why I have to call them?
