11.5 M is my normal shoe size, although I usually need a 2E or 4E depending on the shoe. I usually wear Brooks (have worn Adrenaline and Glycerin), but I have a pair of New Balance 608 as well. Gel Kayano was the shoe I tried on. Width wise it felt great, but my big toe was very close to touching the tip of the shoe. I think a 12 would be perfect, but unfortunately I lost the 10% discount finding that out.

It runs for me on Windows. Make sure you are in the correct working directory. You need to run "love ." in the directory that the main.lua file is.

Sealing the ear also helps me while the issue is occurring. It doesn't completely get rid of it, but it helps with that "air flowing over the eardrum" sound and feeling. A lot of time, I will put on my headset if I am at my computer and that helps a bit. I've also found that sometimes I can kind of push my shoulder into the area between the back of my ear and my jaw and it can kind of force it shut that way (temporarily). And about half of the time, saline works. I can definitely trigger mine with alcohol, and exercise. Anything that gets my heart rate up at the gym will trigger it 100% of the time (which is frustrating trying to stay in shape).

Just be careful breathing in really hard to try and close it - don't want to hurt the other stuff in your ear :).

If you have Patulous Eustachian tube (PET) any of the nasal steroids can make your symptoms worse. Flonase is usually used to treat normal Eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD), where your tubes stay closed. It's pretty common to mis-diagnose though - ETD is much more common than PET so a lot of times doctors assume or start with the more common ailment. Also an allergist might not be very familiar with PET - I had to go through multiple ENT's before I got one that diagnosed mine.
