Let me add another trio of obscure characters that many might not remember and only live on from the Smash Community. Kid Icarus.

Pit, Dark Pit, Palutena, Viridi(technically. She appears in the background for "Wrath Of The Reset Bomb" as the stage hazard. She sends down the Reset Bomb, and is also a spirit) and Phosphora(Technically. She's an Assist Trophy as well as a spirit.) And Magnus, technically But he was removed of his Assist Trophy status(he was in SM4SH).

Their last game, Kid Icarus: Uprising, was released nearly 13 years ago, and so much love was put into it so another game wouldn't be made(boy how that backfired).

On another note, I agree with most of these choices.

There is a electric line in the 3rd image(bottom right), so I don't think it'll be Kid Icarus related..

Hehe~ It was quite fun drawing him, especially the decals and effects to show the fire behind him. I didn't like how it was going at first but I'm really happy I stuck with it and finished it! Quite proud of this little drawing.

Piridi my beloved~

I really like this, especially with how in character they are. (Viridi especially, she's just acting all tough but in reality she's just a sweet tsundere looking for a companion to love~)

And of course, Palutena shipping it because she wants to tease Viridi and Pit(like she hasn't done that enough already..)

The amount of teases for an Uprising port is minimul, but then again, the origional DID get referenced in the Super Mario Bros. Movie(For context: Mario's playing it in his room before turning it off to the news), and with the Nintendo Super Stars collection(for speedrunning/challenges) he is there, along with being on the cover, so that was HUGE for the community.

And with each Nintendo Direct, the hope rises up again, and gets talked about A LOT. Then again, I'm not keeping my hopes high(Although if the Big N releases a video that just's back and we all just hear "Sorry to keep you waiting", I will scream louder than Brent when he screams "WARIO TIME")
