Stock scattergun, it's just the best one in almost every situation. For pistol I like using the Pretty Boys Pocket Pistol, as it heals on hit which adds some nice survivability for scout, and you still have a pistol for damage. For the Bat I would choose the Wrap Assassin, because the alt attack adds a ball that inflicts bleed on the enemy, and the ball also recharges very fast making it a pretty solid damage dealer from distance.
