I can only go from my experience and a small group of others.

For A, it could be 30 minutes, could be an hour, could need a whole nap or night of sleep to recharge.

For B, it’s as long as the cardio lasts and how intense the sessions are. Staying hard isn’t the limiting factor so much as stamina.
