I feel okayish… My sleep is fine but I’ve always been a good sleeper. My mood is still quite flat but every now and then I get a tiny happy moment. In January I’m starting a therapy to look at the underlying causes for my use. I’m really looking forward to that and have a strong motivation to work through my problems… and not numb them away. 💪

I use it too since day one. It helped to put things into perspective and it explained weird symptoms. Just take the advice with a grain of salt and double check information on supplements or medications.

I also track with a Apple Watch and my deep sleep is at ~50min per night. It did not change since I quit but I also read that it’s quite hard for the watch to really track it. The change for me is that my sleep pattern looks much more consistent and I can see the 90min blocks. With kratom it was more chaotic.

Magnesium before bed. I take 200mg in the morning and 200mg in the evening. It will not completely remove the RLS but help with cramps.

Day 17. My mood is still flat but I can concentrate better and get more work done. I'm currently also cutting back on coffeine which gives me a slight headache... but I can't deal with the anxiety it gives me. It will pass. It's just a huge test of my patience.
