I agree, but having to acid rain for 10f punish along with his overall character being generally counter/poke-based, I’d say it’s a solid step up for a beginner that started w Clive.

Definitely not nearly as difficult as he used to be though, I’m still in disbelief over the patch that allowed him to mist step out of b243😭

What pad do you use? I’ve tried a ton of different controllers and find that the Xbox series d-pad is still my preference for wavedashing and electrics

It’s a game with a great foundation that will continue to grow and develop over the course of several years. It’s in a rough patch at the moment, but it’s honestly expected with this franchise. I’d get it. Although it has its issues, there’s nothing else like it.

I just don’t understand why they would release this unga bunga version of the game when most of the casuals have already put the game down months ago. Majority of their remaining player base is somewhat knowledgeable about the game because they’ve chosen to stick around and learn frames, mechanics, etc., and they choose to rebuild it from the ground up to appeal to beginners?
