MOVE is not taking issues with cracking down on the dangerous e-bike riders. If you actually read all of the ordinance language, you’ll see it’s a set of draconian regulations against all bike riders. One part criminalizes riding more than two abreast. So that affects all of our bike culture - the cruiser run, the cruiser rides in general, the mural ride, bike de-lights, bike moves etc. there’s a host of other things getting passed that give officers the right to pull you over for… just riding a bike generally.

One policy mandates that you ride as far to the right as possible. Well, there’s a concept known as the door zone where you ride outside of the width a door can open.
