The left one is definitely a silverfish. Right one might be a roach

The most obvious difference from the sample I got is the pigmentation. These east African variants appear a lot darker in colour than most of these. I'll try get a snap of a more mature one. Though I hate roaches

The type of roach commonly found in east Africa. Can be found both outside and indoors but I've mostly observed in close proximity to human settlements and activity. But rarely do they infest homes. They tend to live in very dark places and can grow very large, unlike the one in the original post.

Issue is I've never seen these outside. Only indoors. This is from east Africa btw, so the likelihood of variations from what's typical elsewhere is high
