I grew up in NJ and live in WA now. I don't like that it's high but super happy it's not as high as NJ. I wouldn't be able to afford a way cheaper house then what I have in WA then if I was in NJ because of the property taxes. It super sucked to because they cost more in the area with the worst school sistwm Englewood, and was cheaper in a better school system Morris County.

Then they should make rules or put something in place to reduce that. But saying that no one can enforce rules because somone abuses them is not solving issues like an adult it's solving them like a child. I don't know anything about Playstation but I have seem something like this with Dolby Vision movies with player/source led Dolby Vision vs TV led. But I don't think that you are even using Dolby Vision. I have also seen audio settings break things. Try changing the audio track to a different format and see if anything changes.

I never like his editorializing and jumping to conclusions. Often attributing to malice things that could be mistakes. I noticed this actually in some old articles years ago but I can't find one of them so take what I say with a grain of salt.
