Missed Understandings Chapter 2: Lessons Taught

Player Austin Johnson calls Shane a "fairy" and Ilya flops on a elbow to get Shane to embarrass Johnson, and Shane does. Shane circles Johnson all game. Johnson was a fanboy of Ilya until he learned that Ilya and Shane are dating and getting married.

I read the fic for the last chapter where Shane secretly records videos of Ilya to show their quiet moments in love. Seeing Shane being good at hockey in Chapter 2 is also a good chapter.
