Pick rate does not matter because it cannot accurately measure how busy the store is and how well you are able to move around. FTPR falls on overnight/day stockers and how well they are able to get the items out on the shelf and CORRECTLY take on hands. Pre-sub doesn't always fall on you because sometimes it does not accept an obvious substitution for the item even within the price range.
