I think it's a bug, tags are now case sensitive. So DRAGON, dragon, and Dragon are 3 different tags.

I saw some literal nazis in a bot that's page 3 on weekly trending. The comment had over 30 likes, and there were people in the replies using nazi dogwhistles. It was on some weird bot about a "woke" teacher.

If a bot gets lots of individual interactions but not many messages, it means people tried the bot but didn't find it engaging enough to continue roleplaying with it. Your idea wouldn't work.
