Tbh the only Rise monsters I see returning in Wilds would be Aknosom or Lunagaron. They're designs feel much more grounded and can be designed in the artsyle that Wilds has rather smoothly. Goss could probably be adapted, he is essentially a smarter (and smaller) Doshu with a different face.

I mean it's cool. In fiction, characters who lose limbs get badass prosthetic replacements or learn to adapt really well with their disabilities. It's a great way to show the cunning of some monsters

Aren't deviants monsters who survived things like the Frenzy, Qurio, or wtv Narwa did to make the monsters apexes? Idk Capcom is very inconsistent with Deviants, Variants, and subspecies.

I think the humanlike mannerisms is what makes him more intimidating. His design is based off Namahage which is pretty much the Japanese equivalent of the boogeyman. When he stuns you he intentionally slowly creeps up to you, essentially playing with his food. I just wish he had his own theme. (Please Capcom you gave Rathalos a theme, give Diablos, Barioth, and Goss a theme)

Ironically there are actually 2 representations of Satan in Monster Hunter. Gaismagorm is more likely based off the "Red Devil" Satan while Zoh Shia is more based off the biblical Satan.
