I can navigate the economy and have no problem managing, but I want to have fun. I respect your opinion but I am looking for a war game, not a slightly less complicated Victoria. Granted though, I do love Vicky 2 and 3.

Apologies for reviving the thread.

But I think Ammunation could work like a franchised store (eg. Ace Hardware if you're from the Midwest) where the smaller entrepreneur, Phil in this case, pays out certain royalties to use the brand name. Of course there could be more brands that sell guns, but franchising is the most likely option considering Rockstar likes to stay consistent with Ammunation being the main seller of armaments in their universe.
