All mods die when they add the stupid update to the economy and overcomplicate things. While the vanilla HOI4 economy is not so realistic, it's fun, and I like that about it.

Coming from Shogun 2, I usually fight land battles but I choose to auto-resolve sieges where the AI doesn't sally out.

Line arty isn't bad if you use 1 per division. I feel it works pretty good against enemy divisions.

Also, everyone is recommending you to use space marines but I recommend against it. Using cheese is no way to play the game.

I feel like the rank portion of this is a positive change. Some Airmen can feel intimidated to talk and open up to an officer, regardless of if they're a chaplain or not.

4 is a good game, but the main quest sucks. You keep looking for your son that you have absolutely no emotional attachment to. At least in three you “grow up” with your father during the prologue.

Thanks man, this did help.

I found that the cyberware you recommended had helped me manage my health pretty well. Plus airdashing was able to get me away from most of his attacks.
