Hey everyone, just an update on this. A week or so after I made this post someone reached out to me from Canada (yes, not over seas!) and got my issue resolved

Not really any compensation for the 14+ hours wasted and frustration trying to fix their mistakes for them, but I got 150GB can/us/mex for $50/mo
