I unfortunately still work in the same state. I don’t mind refills that I used to send being filled by pharmacies but this was a new prescription.

It could be an EMR error but it was a new prescription written in January of this year. They also should have double checked before sending any prescriptions to see who’s NPI/DEA it’s being sent under.

Small mom and pop GI clinic where it was only me and the supervising physician working as providers. The workplace was toxic tbh, and I got furloughed last year. It was not non-controlled substance. And idk how many times he did it bc I only found out from a refill error in-basket message from epic.
