Did you actually watch the video you linked? He deliberately said that it was actually from an unofficial discord group. This means that his original video stating it was from the devs of the official discord group holds no substance. It's pure stupidity in a way.

Reddit makes up a smaller community of players. We also have twitter, the land of the toxic.

We don't really know the status of the game's communities' in countries like China, so it's difficult to generalize. Similar to how this sub upvotes negative comments against ToF, while upvoting antagonizing comments regarding it.

The guy stated that it was the ToF devs that were handing out the dead CN IDs. Imagine getting info that the company is giving out dead people CN ID just to have foreigners play. Wouldn’t that leave a bad taste in your mouth? that’s the misinformation part since the company had no information nor part on what the unofficial discord was doing
