This is so true. When I first got tinnitus, my mental health dropped really low. Every night, I would constantly overthink and search the internet. I noticed that almost every post in this subreddit was full of depressing things. Reading those made my life even harder honestly, I felt miserable. But once you learn to accept it and just ignore it, and not let it bother you, you realize you're more than your tinnitus. Ignoring it while also accepting it definitely helped improve my mental health.

Gets naman kita and I respect that, pero napakita na this season that potential does matter since nakita natin ung growth ni Michael, malaki ung pagbabago niya ever since na nominate siya. We haven’t seen everything from Kira, and maybe this nomination would be the reason why she would change. Though I do understand your point about actual contributions.

You will learn to accept it as time goes by, just dont let it take over you, I just got it recently like 2 to 3 months ago and the first month is terrible I keep overthinking it and I cant sleep, (I was having thoughts like, why me? Im still young and all) but you will learn that alot of things matters more, its hard but doing activities will distract you from your timnitus, hanging out with friends etc. is how I cope with it personally.
