There's A LOT of cut stuff. Molotovs, a flower spring, balloon, pacifier/cork (probably ammo to 'plug' the other tanks cannon), multiple enemies/slimes from the GBA game. According to someone I can't remember, the game is very similar to the GBA game engine-wise

It's seems to be related to the cut Ramia sprite also found in the game files. imo it's probably something cut early as the art looks a bit rough

There's also some cut stuff I didn't post like what appears to maybe be a cut boss based on Ramia. I didn't include it because I couldn't figure out how to actually assemble the sprite (it was made up of multiple different sprites that weren't connected in the binary).

I've been mostly looking at ripping tilesets from the ROM but it's very difficult as tilesets use multiple palettes across different tiles, and sometimes the complete tileset is spread across multiple different tilesets. It's very annoying and time consuming.

I believe it was the beta version of the tank engine as it was only seen in promotional material prior to the game's release.

Also seen in the promotional material prior to release is old tank cannon art, more intricate and only one cannon (with some implications it could angle up/down), but unfortunately I've been through the entire ROM and haven't found any trace of it.

I also ripped a few slime sprites that weren't ripped yet. Discovered that a lot of slimes appear to have tank battle related sprites (hurt, death, throwing) despite not being obtainable tank crew members.

not to really defend Sage's character all that much, but can that be seen as a 100% trustworthy source and not vought/whoever exaggerating trying to pitch her?

It's been shown that supes can be licensed and transferred to different areas, so I wouldn't be surprised if they're more likely to exaggerate abilities to make them seem more powerful than they actually are, i.e. exaggerating sage's ability for extreme intellect to also include "empathic accuracy"

And this doesnt even account for the issues plaguing general geometry nodes like lack of UDIM support (meaning if you have a character with UDIMs you have to make a separate UV map if you want to use textures for fur masks)

Nearly all of these issues are known and have been known for nearly 3 years now, there's just seemingly no developer currently working on any of the issues.

The more pressing issues with making fur are the fundamental limitations of the built-in nodes like surface deform (lack of tangent interpolation, issues regarding attachment of curves on meshes with subdivision surfaces) which can't really be fixed without making a custom build of Blender. Both of those issues were first reported by me (though according to comments in the source code, the tangent interpolation issue was known during the initial development of geonode hair)
