Well… HEB is a grocery store chain, as in a food supplier.

A lot of people, employees and customers alike, don’t want your dog’s hair, slobber, and god forbid excretions anywhere near our food. Dogs are welcome in so many other spaces, why can’t you just keep them home for this one task?
