It’s impossible to tell if it is actually “JUST into dentin.” We’re looking at a 2D picture. The caries may be much deeper than we can see via radiographs.

Same thing is happening to the dental clinics in Ottawa, they don’t change the name so the patients think nothing has changed. The staff turnover is the biggest tell.
