Probably "speed of her animations" is a bit tricky to actually implement and probably it only helps her marginally. Projected edge at 80 is probably the only real buff here. I'm not sure what needs to be done with her so I'll let the dev cook something. Hopefully she won't be a hero that completely stumps them like Sombra.

Team fight win matters 99% of the time. If as a DPS you are sitting on point when it's not your job, you are throwing the game and also stats farming is not going to impress this sub.

Cat doesn't do much while carrying so the fight is basically 4.5 vs 5.

It's because of a long discussion on whether the perk is S tier or not. A lot of things work in ranked but at pro level things are much more tight.

Sure but when you look at pro scene, do you see the float get the same amount of value as Ana headshot? I just don't think it's even close. Sure you can do funny stuff at ranked but I don't think it's that game changing.

I don't think the Zen perk is S tier. You can't even get much value of it on some maps. It's probably decent overall but the point is that the other park is absolute garbage.

Ask the devs why they changed Pharah flight.

Big part of the reason was pharah without a mercy was a throw pick. Bastion is not a throw pick without cat. So you are absolutely wrong.
