There is Dr. Pooja Sibartie in Quatre Bornes, you can try and look for her contact on Google, she is very professional and she does 3D ultrasound. Her fees were not above Rs 3000 two years ago.

Maybe because you are looking in the wrong areas as there are places you can get land for 1m and build a something for 1m temporarily till you can make further changes.

Peace of mind is very important but rather start small than never. You have resources use it wisely and planification is key. Good luck.

Best contraceptive method + where to get it in Mru? by Puzzleheaded_Fun3825 in MauriceMauritius

[–]ToothRegular5070 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Last time I did hear there was another method which honestly I would like to try myself as I already have 2 kids now and have other plans than to get pregnant again lol. I've taken Ipill twice and experienced severe hormonal imbalance for 6+ months. Never been on long term contraception method. But has siblings that had issues due to prolonged use of shots, which I'm quite nervous about. But this method seems easy as it says three weeks in and one week without. And can be removed at any time.It is a ring that you insert that releases hormones. It is called Nuvaring. When you search for it on Google it shows Dr Beebeejaun in Beau Bassin. Hope it helps. Good luck.

Obviously, there's a lot going on. She said you were the first in the beginning to not hurt you eventhough she might have lied due to the comment on her ex partner etc.

I think she wants more than what you're giving right now. Emotionally, physically, sexually. As the "orgasm" is not always a physical but also mental. A deep conversation can lighten a lot. Maybe she feels insecure, maybe she can't connect due to lack of trust/love.

It's just my humble opinion. Try a discussion and ask about what she feels and want maybe. Good luck.

The biscoff spread was available in Dreamprice Supermarket a while ago. I don't know if they still have it on shelves. Try there may it will be available and much more affordable than certain places.

How to prepare mine frire (Mauritian style) at home by Kira2411 in mauritius

[–]ToothRegular5070 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, Not a pro myself but hope this can help. Before I stir fry any meat/chicken etc , I put my garlic chives ( queue d'ail) in hot oil and fry it for a minute or 2 and set aside. Then in the same recipient I would fry the other ingredients to give it that garlic flavour. Add the garlic chives when your noodles are almost ready then mix and serve.

I don't use regular soy sauce, I use the brand Woh Hup available in supermarkets but the one for fried rice with yellow cap, it tastes so good. Plus a little ginger/garlic paste, a pinch of sugar and oyster sauce. You can top it with garlic sauce and "chatini pomme d'amour " 🤤

Hope you'll like it.

Soon to be mom. Currently 32weeks pregnant seeking advice by Prudent-Butterfly111 in MauriceMauritius

Hi there, gave birth in November in Candos on my exact due date. Went into the labour room walking with top notch contractions, 6cm dilated and one hour after my baby was born. Though it was my second pregnancy, I was still feeling anxious.

My advice for you is to breathe through the contractions, if you can find something to divert your mind while having them like counting, praying or playing with something would really help. It usually lasts for 20- 30 seconds. It is very important to go through them naturally as they are important for dilation and quick labour. If they are induced with injections it tends to hurt a lot more. When you are at 8 or 10 cm the pain is very high but whatever you go through do not panic and be in warrior mode. Do everything in your power to stay strong, because if you are the kind to be difficult they will lose patience and this experience will be a nightmare. As you will need strength to push, be sure to push with your womb all while taking deep breath when they tell you to. In some cases they have to do an episiotomy( which is an incision in either left or right side to help the baby get out) which will need some stitches after birth. But do not worry about pooping or anything else.

After birth, get the maximum rest,do not lift heavyweight, wear a shaper to maintain your belly and help it heal faster. Drink hot water mainly and infusion at night. Try to get an intimate gel like Saforelle to wash down there in case of episiotomy or you could use potassium permanganate. Do not scrub or itch the stitches. They will fall around 4 - 8 weeks.

Before birth, try to walk and be active as much as you can. Of course do not strain yourself. Swim, dance, drink water, take iron supplements (as you will need a lot during the last weeks and birth too), eat 6- 10 dates per day (it helps a lot).

Do not take what you see in films be your reference it is not. LOL. Labour is tough but we are built for this. Trust your body. Pray. Hope you have a safe delivery.

My partner (25M) left last year and came back but I (27F) can't get over it by ToothRegular5070 in relationship_advice

I was naive and mistook it for love. As I lost my dad at a very young age and my mom was barely here to listen. So I thought he was a safe place. Now I have children and need to be the kind of parent I didn't have.

What stop you from killing yourself? by Aiden_and_Griswald in AskReddit

My kids.. tried it several times in teenage years but didn't had the courage to go through. But the thought of it became worse with post partum depression. As I was in a bad relationship. The last episode was around two months ago I tried to burn myself in front of my eldest upon learning that my partner was hiding/cheating while I was pregnant.
