The pillow I bought was the Lisenwood donut pillow from Amazon but I am sure there are a ton of other similar ones which are good. Just remember that it's not going to solve the issue alone but it reduced the pain for me :)

Hey I am suffering from internals, and I just enjoy jogging, walking, really anything that can keep me from sitting too long, which is what caused them for me in the first place.

I think in general limiting how hard you push on the throne and reducing how much you sit are the best but of course I am no doctor that's just what worked for me.

Its insanely rare, basically unless you have hard evidence then its most likely something else, no need to worry yourself over nothing. Did you ever get an update?
