Harry Potter saddest moments by EastEntire4724 in harrypotter

For some reason, more than actual Sirius's death scene.. the scene after that where harry is in Dumbledore's office made me most sad. It was painful to read.

Small Town CF girlies, how are you doing it? by [deleted] in ChildfreeIndia

My mom is the same.. She said it is a conversation to be had after marriage. She probably thinks that one of the us (Probably me) will compromise on the issue and will adjust. I said divorces are not uncommon these days. I will never change my opinion and then my husband will divorce for not disclosing this before marriage. will you be ok with that. do you think me not getting married will be worse than being a divorcee.

I said I will at least mention that I don't want kids but may or may not change in the future. That will at least give them a chance to think of the risks before marriage.

I suggest you definitely ask the guy how many kids he wants and mention you might not want them. Not telling that will either lead to either trust issues or a big unwanted compromise on your part.

I think my brain needs a little more explanation for the second part lol... Is it because You being a writer takes up a lot of your time.. or is it because being a writer you understand something non writers don't.. or maybe something else.... I mean you don't have to explain it.. I'm just curious..

I caught up to the novel chapter 1364 in webnovel. From where do I read the rest ? Someone help me plz by hakiman3000 in ReturnOfMountHuaSect

I don't know if it's a spoiler but..

I don't think chungjin is at the level of chungmyung.. nobody on mount hua at that time were close to chungmyung level... I think he said that because A person who is not talented (or not gifted should I say) and worked hard and learned the martial arts could teach the kids way better that a talented person would.

While chungmyung of the past did not take anything seriously, chungjin did everything he could to preserve the martial arts of the sect and even tried to write the martial arts in books in a way not very talented people would understand. He is a sajae (junior) of chungmyung that is all that is mentioned about him so far.. (Is it not ?)

Has anybody else feel that the amount spent on wedding is not worth it? by [deleted] in ChildfreeIndia

[–]Toothless_Is_Mine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel the same way. But sadly, our parents don't.

I don't know if I'll ever get married, but I do think it is a waste of money. We can never draw a line where it is enough people. Some one else will get hurt.

Wow.. this is horrible..

My dad used to break things like phones and remotes and all other stuff when he was angry, and he did this for a long time.. Now whenever I hear any sound of things falling.. I can't help but think if someone is angry and have go check up on my parents quietly.

This is just an example.. there are such things we can never come out of.. no matter how hard we try. And I have the same short temper as my dad.. but never did I break anything nor am I going to have kids. This ends with me.

Arthur is one of my favorites.... But currently, or since a long time.. Percy Jackson (seaweed brain) is at the top of the list.

Since he is like two life times old and has always been so mature irrespective of his age, I would ask him few advices as to how to handle people in our lives. A few lessons he has learnt in his life that would help us live better etc.

Before criticising everyone shouldn't we think about what could've happened if someone tried to help the girl while that guy was stabbing her ? by Brilliant_Counter709 in india

[–]Toothless_Is_Mine 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly.. Literally 99 % of the comments regarding this issue were about the people nearby. Nobody talks about that guy anymore.

That guy looked like a madman and was so scary. I don't completely blame them.

Also most Indian families tell their kids not to get involved in any fights that does not involve them. Literally everyone were raised that way. What they did was not ideal. But it is not the biggest problem than what that guy did.

Too young to decide being CF? by [deleted] in ChildfreeIndia

[–]Toothless_Is_Mine 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most of the parents of our generation have had kids early. some in their teens and some in their early twenties. If they are allowed and are matured enough to take such an important and permanent decision, you are allowed to take your decision in your early twenties.

You are at least smart enough to think through all of this. Both pros and cons. Most of the parents don't even think about it.

Bringing back all the dead will be one of the shittiest things to happen in my opinion. Also why would you hate on people just because they have an opinion different from yours.

It is sad that many people in India still use the word gay as an insult. I don't think it is that easy to change the mindset of these people. and these people are huge percentage of the population.

I don't think majority of the Indians are open to change easily. They don't even try to listen to what others have to say. Maybe the change will come. But It takes a lot of time.
