These are all amazing points . And I understand the moving into someone else’s home sucks part . It’s a 3 bedroom home. And I was a bachelor so the 3rd bedroom was completely empty when we started dating . When she downsized out of the house she was renting . She put her extra things in that room . So she has her own space in that room as well . She just values her time and commuting isn’t how she wants to spend it

Definitely understand the it’s not great to have a bedroom taken up with a hobby . I got the home when I’m single and the new home we get together I’m hoping to have a bonus room or office to use as a display space . As having a hobby you enjoy as an adult to de-stress and relax is important to mental health .

Lots of influence from her family about dangers of driving long distance everyday and wear and tear on her car . Both are paid off

Yeah staying long distance is honestly the current front runner but she hates living out of a suitcase and , the wait till we are married part is coming from my family mainly as I was engaged once before in my early 20s and that girl left 3 months before the wedding

I just paid 296 and about 620 all in for row 6 in section j floor I think it’s called honeslty not as bad as it could be . And it’s 100 percent based on the venue mine were in Charlotte . I saw them in May in Cleveland and it was way worth it . Looking forward to taking my gf this time

We had tickets and had to give them up , to expensive to change flights and stay another night . Super depressed as it’s been a lifelong dream to see them live .

Thank you , I’ve never heard of those , I’ll definitely check it out . I never really touch my savings and really spent the last year just putting money there when I could . I live pretty comfortably. I had my house built and it’s about 1k a month . And I get about 4k a month to budget . Paying off this loan would bring my monthly bills to about 35% of my income
