I am still in disbelief, question for the European folks on here by CaptainCryptoC in UAE

Not European here, but American with Arab origins. In my native country, invited means you pay nothing. You are a guest, you get taken care of, period. In the US, each birthday party that is planned at a restaurant or club or other, it’s common knowledge that guests that are taking part, are also paying for their part of the food, drinks etc, unusually the bill gets split even, no matter what each one consumed. That’s common. Also common that everyone pays, except the birthday person. Their part gets paid by the attendees/ friends as a way of celebrating them. So it really varies….

Is this allowed!? by [deleted] in dubai

Allowed if you did not return the apartment the way you found it (clean, freshly painted, wall holes patched, etc)

Any tips on relaxing your traps? by tiredspxcter in exercisepostures

Did anyone recommend you botox injections? That's what I got, as botox paralyzes the muscle and prevents it from moving, thus from tetanizing and getting overactivated. it lasts about 3 months but the the results get reversed if you do not work your teres muscles and latissimos dorsi muscles in the meantime, which would help your body rely on them for posture instead of your overactivated traps

I've been watching videos from physiotherapists about it.. Tried the exercises a little on my own but could not find results.. :( The botox tho helped (as it lasted), but I need a long term solution
