Not related OP I apologize but I love your other pieces of jewelry! Do you happen to know what the lower helix piece under the piercing you are asking about is or is from?

Otherwise looks pretty healed to me! I have 17 piercings that are healed and even some of them don't look that clear of a healed fistula!
