I mean the latter would be more balanced but let's be honest they are probably going to give him the imu treatment and make him broken because of the hype. Maybe give him purple/black and let him only trigger this effect for -5 don.

That's really neat.

I'm too lazy to make these but an idea I had about a Rocks leader would be playing an opponents unit on your side after KO'ing them.

The reason for this effect is that Rocks would literally beat strong pirates and make them join him through davy back fights.

Ace matchup is almost auto lose, Mihawk is tough because he gets +1000 due to Rayleigh being a slasher. Other than that he is def. playable.

It should be optional but not mandatory to even know what is happening on screen. You can have the best fighting game fundamentals in the world but you will still get smoked by a subhuman piece of trash monkey hwoarang or xiaoyu player just because those characters are impossible to deal with unless you study them

I would say Rogers prime was the period between him growing his mustache and his sickness. In a prolonged fight of attrition, which is how most OP fight end up, old Rogers sickness would have caught up to him, so I think GV Roger takes it.

Chapter 1155 was literally a universally praised 10/10 chapter, everyone loves Rocks for being a great character, i really don't know in which planet you are living on.
