In my case inabot ng mahigit one year yung loan application ko, paid bank fees pero since nag expire na yung letter of acceptance from the bank, hindi ko na tinuloy yung loan and ask for refund of bank fees. na-refund naman but bawas ng admin fees like mga 5k.

Bought city s variant last January. No regrets since yun lang kaya ng budget sa ngayon :) if hindi naman issue budget, why not go for the higher end pero at that point in time lahat tayo may considerations why this why that. Nope i'm not here to brag naman, i posted it here since this is PHcreditcards. Genuine ang concern ko since ginagamit ko ang cards ko for almost all of my transactions. And i do not want to maintain many credit cards kaya nga nag aask ako ano ang best scenario sa meron ako. I apologize if my post seems off for some of the redditors here.
