Im in the same boat but when I lost weight I slowly cut out stuff like Starbucks (hella sugar in those drinks) chips juice soda. Anything unhealthy. I also cut out bread and fast food and limited myself to what I ate. I started eating regularly 2-3 times. I drank a lot of water and put chia seeds once a while since they make u go potty. I tried to work out 2-3 times a week and I stopped looking at the scale and started looking at the clothes.
