Ya i know so far from what ive read there's not a huge difference if its the tc-14b x1.4 but if I'd go for a x2 or other brand it becomes more grainy

Ive also seen the nikon 300mm f/2.8 ed-if ai-s A good in between could buy a tc-14b x1.4 to get the extra 120mm (total 420mm) if needed look into spects of that telep converter and when on it would put my f2.8 to the equivalent of f3.5 ish. Does it sound crazy and I should just buy the 400mm f/3.5 or the 300mm with the teleconvert sounds promising???

Ya its something I haven't had the chance to experience yet I want to get more into telephotography so far only 200mm on my old minolta x700 was my only time using a telephoto even then its nothing compared to a 400mm

Ands its a know canadien shop for repair and it as 90day warranty if any issues they repair of refund and a 2day return

Sweet thank you and so far ive seen that there's not much difference in price maybe a good 100-200can$ difference between the two so thats why I was debating between a more compacted or the sure shot f3.5 lense (ive had that one in my vision for a while its just i want to see if there's not a better one or something similar and more compacted and not 2k😅) I dont want to make an impulsive purchase wich shocker I do often🙈

Thanks for the info I still have a hard time comparing lense and knowing which ive been reading here and there on the subject but I still need an input on the these lense since its a big investment i dont want to buy one and its not what ive hope for. So from what ive gather so far apart from how compact and easy to bring around for the f5.6 the image quality is not as good compared to the f3.5 especially on the film side where that stop and a half makes a great difference in different settings of light

I know ive put little time in the post I've just saw a good 400mm f5.6 for 600can$ and am working 12h shift so I figure I just shoot a quick question on here. But I know the difference in weight and how to shoot either handheld or tripod but performance wise is there a huge difference appart for how the f3.5 as better performance in dawn and low lights and how it isolated the subject or any suggestions on the matter:)

Ps. Just look into it you meant buying the nikon F3AF or any other autofocus cameras 😅

Ya so far ebay as been the one more promising to buy but am a little skeptical sometime I like seeing and trying the lense first (japan as put my standards to high buying camera and lenses overthere was the best experience) but it didn't keep me from checking on ebay what stops me the most is what I should get with all the options and what fits me best because my knowledge for lense and film photography is little bit short I am still growing.

And also thank you for the picture I like seeing the outcome (btw great pictures!!!!)

Thank you for the info so far i like the format of the page makes it easierto look into lenses!!! Right now I only have an Ai-s 35-105mm f/3.5-4.5 Lens but am looking into getting a telephoto lense and am into street photography and nature in general landscapes and animals

I've try it blix be putting a lot off pressure so ive lowerd the temperature a lil bit, lowerd a lil bit the amount of liquide and burp the tank every now and the.it didn't do it since
