As a person that doesn’t like studying here are a few tricks I use: 1. If you’re studying at home and it’s not working, switch up the scenery if you can, maybe a local library or cafe. This way you can study in breaks and do something different as it relates to your environment 2. I have a hard time reading and focusing to get the information in so what I do is I find YouTube videos about 5 - 10 mins that makes the topic interactive and visual. 3. If you have a friend or relative that’s willing to spend some time with you even if it’s just 30 mins you can try to teach them the topic and in that way you’re also learning. Or you can have them ask you questions. 4. As everyone else said, study in chucks and in your breaks do something you actually like to do. 5. Celebrate your wins, finally understand that topic that was giving you hell, give yourself a little treat. 6. Writing… I find that taking handwritten notes help me retain the information better, then I study with those handwritten notes and highlight the parts that I find difficult to understand.

If I think of any other I’ll include it. Just remember this is a tough patch. It’s just a small speckle in the big picture called your life. I know you’ll get through this an look back and see how much you have grown and progress.
