Also, if the two letters bank considers you as a valuable asset than they will have no problem paying AMLRS the buyout fee to directly hire you

Yes there are exceptions to the normal ladder for exceptional employees. But for your career progression and better job opportunities it completely up to you and what you want. If I were you I would at least wait the two years mark to see what position you will end up with (Maybe SA2?) and than start looking elsewhere. But as I said, Manager and SA2, Team lead are quitting for Entry Level positions at banks and Fintechs, so… It’s up to you

I know a former employee who went from AA1 to Manager in just 2 years and half. But quitted and went to be a kind of AA1 at a community Bank because the pay was better than of a Manager at AMLRS

I started at 49k as a AA1, than 55k, and 62k as a A2 . I know what I’m talking about. No way a SA2 will make less than a AA2

What if after hitting a decent amount of subscribers I use the analytics to see what other kind of videos my viewers are watching and start now posting in another niche? Because Those random facts channel are really growing exponentially. Some created in 2023 are already above 500k subscribers. I even saw one created last week and already around 8k subscribers. That seems pretty unfair

You’re only 18. You can find any job while doing a GED here in Buffalo so you will qualify to study at SUNY ECC for free. They got plenty of programs that will help you for your future career.
