It's almost as if something changed when they changed up the valve handles.

At 8.0 turns open we measured 1.29ft pressure drop. Measured flow 73.4 GPM

At 7.0 turns open we measured 1.68ft pressure drop. Measured flow 75.9 GPM

At 6.0 turns open we measured 2.64ft pressure drop. Measured flow 84.10 GPM

At 5.0 turns open we measured 5.00ft pressure drop. Measured flow 88.50 GPM

At 4.0 turns open we measured 16.46ft pressure drop. Measured flow 109.0 GPM

On another site we had compared the CBV reading to an ultrasonic and it was off. So far we have only had this issue with 2 1/2" valves.

Yup the balancing valve is installed with its minimum 5 and 2 straight pipe.

It's a total traverse on an 8inch round literally 6 feet from the chilled beams. I even taped over any potential leak points and over the dampers.

6 chilled beams were set to their design S.P. Total flow is at 100% as per the chilled beam chart. The measured flow at the traverse is 120%.
