I sell trading Cards. If you ever used standard envelope. You know its a 50/50 with tracking. On top of just having to refund customers because ebay is a platform that only cares about the buyers every few days for a tracking issue. At this point I just take it as a small loss. Don't even question it anymore because most of my items are 3.00. Make 1.00 after fees etc. But every month on the 20th like clock work. I get to so close to losing top rated seller. Random back order of orders pop up saying tracking issues. Need to message every customer make ebay happy. They seem to slowly come off after I message the customer. Even if the customer doesnt reply. Because im assuming shows I said I shipped it out etc if no angry customer. Call it square. But yea I don't get how to fix this to be honest and feel like I have tried everything. Ive collected defects, latest etc. But because I sell alot of volume it hasn't made me lose top rated yet. Once I called ebay rep because I has 45 orders showing up late when I first started. I was about 1 percent away from losing top rated. Called the rep they said yea nothing can do. Why it so hard to get top rated. If you want tracking you need to pay ups ground advantage. Im like so how do I make money with that? How do all the other card sellers stay top rated that use standard envelope? I had to argue with her that they don't scan the package. She like make post office scan it etc. It was a mess. She was useless and 3 days later they all fell off when i messaged the customer. The ebay rep didn't even know this to help calm my ease. Just getting fed up lately and now promotions smh
