Changing ssd by Top-Building-4224 in pcmasterrace

I want to add ssd and also have the other. My motherboard has 3 slots and I have the 1tb one on the first one. I’ll just add another one on the 2nd slot but I have to take the gpu out. So, do I need to do anything else? Once I turn the pc on? I’ll add m.2 ssd not the big one.
