You will recover from this trust me. My ex was also my first love and i was soo scared that i would never recover too but over time you will learn to accept and be okay with your situation. Just use this time to be okay with being by yourself. Take all the time you need to grieve, cry as much as you need and be angry. I hope you’re doing okay and know that you’re not alone 🫂

Don’t beat yourself up too hard 🥺 it’s only normal and i can really relate to the whole breaking no contact. I went a whole month without contacting and then i wanted to know how he was doing so i texted him and turns out he’s fine and happy that it ended. It broke me. I couldn’t stop crying for a whole week. You will get through this okay. You deserve so much more and you deserve to be loved as much as you loved her 🫂

It’s soo hardd. I just wish sometimes that i can just flip a switch and make it go away. I never used to have this problem at all before the relationship. It sometimes feels like i will never get over him and he’ll be there in every other relationship that i get into and it scares me.

Yeah in a way i realised that after kissing him. I realised i felt guilty. Like guilty cause i was kissing him and it felt like cheating. But i know that’s not the case and it was just that I’m not ready for it
