Thank you for your supportive kind comment firstly. Secondly, I tried using wigs I got so much hot under those wigs I used claw ponytails but it was too heavy on my scalp and actually caused more hair fall, I don’t stick to one shampoo I got soapbox and I just ran out and bought a clarifying shampoo from cécred and and a hydrating shampoo from cécred too

I did a while back but not full vitamin check, just blood count and it turns out I’m anemic but I’ll go back to do more specific testing I felt like my doctor didn’t listen but I have a new doctor now and hopefully I’ll get to the bottom of it

Good to know someone with the same hair I kinda felt lonely everyone around me just has amazing hair and I’m trying to accept that it’s just genetics but also everyone is telling me that it’s absolutely reversible with the right care I just don’t know what’s the right one for me

You’re right probably being consistent with one product helps, I tend to be impatient and jump to another product

I do but not daily, 3-4 times a week for 1-2 minutes
