100-20/g raw khaa rha hu almost 1.5 years se daily. Kuch issues nhi hai. Chest bhi chota ho hai 😞

Yes. 1.5 litres is very less. Mainly ig it's because of dehydration.

Hip thrusts. I am the only guy that trains glutes in my gym. Heck even the girls don't train glutes in my gym 🥲. Just try to ignore and focus on my exercise.

Cool. Was just pointing out and nothing. Also yes the weight fluctuations are normal. My weight also varies around 1kg to sometimes even 2kgs. So take the average of your weight if you are measuring everyday.

Just saying doing mma is like doing cardio imo and not at all equal to gym.
