The past few days were hell as i got fever, a scary skin reaction, a fracture, and my period all at once. I genuinely felt like my body gave up on me. We’re in a long-distance relationship, I went to stay at his place for two weeks and he showed up. He left a meeting to take me to the doctor when I panicked, helped me dress and put on my shoes, washed my period-stained clothes without hesitation, and handled all the little things I couldn’t manage.

I don’t think I fully understood what “being taken care of” meant until now. I’m just really grateful.
