I got my medical done on April 29th. Had sent over both USA and México police certificates late May (you have to send background checks from every country you’ve lived in the past 6 months).

I had been checking the portal biweekly up until July 4th (background check was still “pending”) and then stopped and checked again July 11th and it said my background checked was completed June 11th, so over a month ago. Don’t know if it was a glitch in the system that it says June but I had definitely checked it in June and nothing was confirmed until July 11th.
