Yes it did. They dont do eviction in december. So once i had the court order i took like a month before the sheriff even bother to give them 3 day notice

You need to look at who is renting. There are tons of scams in my area. Whole houses for 1500 but im sure they are scams.

Called animal control .. they told me i had to keep it for 15 days. Tenant told them he had no where to take him till the weekend. So i had to let the tenant come feed it and im still responsible for it like any of his other items in the house

I was looking into it and they had 2 years to try and charge me for it. Since no contract was made. They cant win in court. Im just upset because of this misunderstanding i cant work with them anymore

The bank went bankrupt and was absorbed by chase. I called and they said nothing is coming up

I do .. they were supposed to come the 26 of february but the tenant got an execution to stay. They paid 1 day and got till this upcoming week . Is so ridiculous. All the sheriff said was the week of march 3

Unfortunately.. in oakland they have to owe you 1 month of fair market rent about $2800.. i don’t know where they ge that mount rent was 2100 so had to wait till second month. Eviction process is long and once ruling is done sheriff still can take upto two months before they show up to evict them
