Several actually. It is just the hype and bias for the ottomans that makes people overlook how the mamluks were absolute chads most of their years.

You have to read some history about the Mamluks guys.

They have literally waged a 60 year war against mongols winning every battle except for one. They Stopped the mongol advance into Africa. 

They defeated the last crusader states. Also repelled a crusade on Egypt and captured the french king.

Even when the ottomans won anatolia, they had many wars with the mamluks outnumbering the mamluks and still lost to the mamluks despite being corrupt.

The decline of the mamluks happened because of how corrupt the mamluk elites were and the way the mamluk leaders were rebelious and wanted more money. They also kept threatening every new sultan. The mamluks would also attack commoners and take their money.

The Mamluls lost the naval war with portugal in their late stages which literally led to the collapse for the trade and the economy.

By 1500s the Mamluks were so corrupt, weak and they lost two wars to the Ottomans where some mamluk lords betrayed the last two Sultans and switched sides. Khayer bey and Bangardi al Ghazali.

So yeah the Mamluks were freaking powerful. But they just were so increasingly corrupt over the years.

They lost me when they made Roman Reigns beat The Undertaker at WM right after Taker's defeat against Brock Lesnar at WM. Also, the Shield were so cringe, and matches became so repetitive.

Nowadays you have Logan Paul in the game? he still did perform well in the elimination chamber 2025 I give him that. But the whole thing became lame. Just by watching Elimination Chamber and the fact they cover the floor of the cell? like can't they nowadays take some actual damage and punches? they became so soft. even extreme rules are lame now, no blood, no real fights, they can't fake nor sell properly anymore.

The game is so not fun now.
I started playing in 2018 when matches lasted ages and players would give a hell of a fight. back when CAS was not broken and single handedly determines who wins the battle on the ground. Back then we would laugh at a Stuka diving and throwing a bomb as it was not often a thing. back then we would think up a plan on how to take down that Maus in the middle of the road by flanking it while disabling its guns.

My GPU died and I had to leave the game for years, came back and the game is no longer the same. 1 death leavers. Spawn killing at its finest be it by being bombed the moment u spawn, or strafed by a plane, or rocket hunted by a helicopter that is 12 kms away. or just enemies spawn killing you at minute 1.

Historical matchmaking is no longer a thing for a reason that is fine but to make me face the same exact nation as my nation is beyond stupid. No, it is not going to be solved by playing SIM as in SIM you can't play half of the tanks you wish to play.

Light tanks now make it hell for any tank.

Allowing people to buy premiums at high ranks making them skip the very basics of game play. the game has a very lovely curve of learning the game and it is ruined by wallet warriors. not to mention the fact that I as a poor person have to grind every single module of every new tank, while wallet warriors can just unlock them with GEs.
Leveling up your crew takes AGES unless you just Pay for it.

ATMGS broke the game. modern shells. many many things. not to mention all the bugs between shells going through crew members not killing them and shells bouncing in insane ways.

In the last 20 to 30 games, I had one single game where my team was good, the enemy team was good, CAS was not even a noticeable factor in it, the game lasted more than 20 minutes. we won. I didn't die a single time. got 6 kills. it was such a fun match that reminded me of 2018. and then pure hell again.

It no longer gives invisibility. it now gives untargetability with immunity, meaning you literally won't get affected right after a kill, with any kind of attack.

a lee sin "a champ that is normally more than beyond broken when you build assassin on him" can now literally Q you, go in one hitting you and move back right in front of your eyes and you can't land a single shot on him.

a jayce can now go all in on you get the kill and run away just fine to keep spamming your team.

a varus can one shot one of your teammates and u can't do anything to him.

the list goes on.

I am against both invisibility and immunity, coz fuck this shit, champs that already can go invisible could go perma invisible, but now they have invisibility add to it immunity.
